2026–Present

A new category needs a commercial narrative that technical leaders, developers, and builders believe.

Chief Marketing Officer

Lead marketing and category creation for a pre-seed B2B software intelligence company, building the market category for AI-generated code governance from the ground up. Built a developer-first go-to-market motion across content, community, and gamification testing, translated a technically complex risk category into a clear narrative for developer and enterprise audiences, and secured early press and speaking slots at Codex and Cursor meetups.

2024–2025

Agentic AI is only a product story once pricing, packaging, and positioning agree with each other.

Fractional Head of Marketing to Senior Director of Marketing

Led brand and product marketing for a B2B SaaS customer service platform with agentic AI capabilities, reporting to the CEO on the Senior Leadership Team. Built the product marketing function from the ground up, hiring Trengo's first Head of Product Marketing and Head of Revenue Marketing, and owned positioning, pricing and packaging, competitive strategy against category leaders, and the launch and enablement process for every release with Product and Engineering.

2022–2024

A mapping API only wins when a developer and a procurement lead can both repeat the same sentence about it.

Head of Product Marketing & Enterprise Marketing to Global Head of Marketing

Led product marketing for TomTom's Automotive and Enterprise divisions, both technical, developer-facing SaaS businesses, through a company-wide transformation and rebrand. Launched the TomTom Maps platform end to end: positioning, messaging framework, sales enablement, and multi-channel go-to-market behind a €40M+ pipeline, with competitive positioning against Google Maps built on technical depth, API reliability, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Conversion is a messaging problem before it is a funnel problem.

Product Marketing Manager to Director of Growth Marketing

Led product marketing for a platform with 80M+ monthly users, then moved into growth and owned the funnel from acquisition through conversion. Scaled free-to-paid conversion 4x through segmentation, messaging optimization, and product-led growth, and built a data-driven approach to product communications, using behavioral insight and dashboards to guide feature messaging, roadmap input, and lifecycle campaigns.

2012–2013

Heritage brands adopt a new platform when someone translates it into their own language.

Account Management, Fashion & eCommerce

Managed luxury brand partnerships and account relationships at Twitter, working with Chanel, LVMH, DKNY, and Proenza Schouler as they moved onto a platform with no established playbook. The work was product adoption in practice: understanding what a brand needed, then showing how a fast-moving product could deliver it.

2011–2012

A data product sells on the decision it enables, not the dataset it holds.

Customer Success & Account Management

Held eCommerce and analytics customer relationships for Topsy, the Twitter social-analytics platform later acquired by Apple. Translated a technical analytics product into commercial value for retail and eCommerce teams, and fed customer insight back into how the product was explained and packaged.

Approach

01

Find your differentiator

Positioning first: the claim, the audience, and the reason you win, all in one sentence everyone can repeat.

02

Package your unique value

Convert the argument into segments, messaging, and pricing so your value and pricing match the story.

03

Build the system

Every value offering needs clear tiers, enablement, and a shared process across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

04

Prove it in market

Adoption, conversion, and pipeline are the evidence. Let the data decide what works.

Practice

Product marketing leader with 15+ years building product marketing, growth, and positioning functions from the ground up across B2B SaaS, developer and infrastructure platforms, and technical products. I translate complex technical capability, mapping APIs, AI automation, developer tooling, into positioning that engineering, enterprise, and business audiences all accept, and I own the revenue and adoption numbers that follow.
